Brad Thornton is the founder of Thornton Projects, a New York City-based interiors firm specializing in creating spaces that balance warmth and sophistication.

In 2025 the studio was named to House Beautiful magazine’s Next Wave, highlighting the country’s most promising emerging designers.

Thornton Project’s work spans high-end residential, commercial, and creative projects, with notable clients such as Bonhams, Tommy Hilfiger, Salon Art + Design and Compass. Before launching his own firm, Brad honed his expertise at 1stDibs, collaborating with many of the most celebrated names in design.

His work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Vogue, The New York Times, Galerie, House Beautiful, Introspective, Cool Hunting, and more.
